Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Taking ownership of the spa guest journey, making sure every interaction feels seamless, thoughtful and personal; from the first enquiry and booking, through arrival, consultation and treatment, to time spent in our facilities, departure and aftercare.
  • Helping to lead the day-to-day operation of the Spa to ensure every area is beautifully presented, the team are well briefed and supported, and our standards never slip.
  • Being a visible, hands-on leader within the Spa, supporting the team with rotas, performance and quality standards, and leading by example when it comes to service, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Building a team who are proud of what they do, taking the time to coach, develop and motivate our therapists and spa colleagues, identifying opportunities for progression and sharing your own knowledge and expertise.
  • Championing exceptional treatment standards, ensuring consultations, treatment protocols, product knowledge, therapist standards and aftercare are consistently delivered.
  • Getting to know our guests and members, recognising their individual preferences and anticipating what they might need before they have to ask.
  • Listening carefully to feedback, resolving concerns with care and making sure every guest leaves feeling genuinely looked after.
  • Keeping a close eye on what's happening across the world of luxury spa, wellness, beauty and hospitality, bringing fresh ideas and identifying opportunities for new treatments, experiences, products and ways of working that keep our Spa moving forward.
  • Supporting your Spa Manager with budgets, stock and cost control, keeping a close eye on treatment products, retail stock and operational costs while making sure the Spa continues to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Helping the team make the most of every guest interaction, confidently recommending treatments and products where appropriate and using your understanding of each guest to create genuine opportunities to drive treatment and retail revenue.
  • Using guest feedback, team insight and operational and commercial performance to spot opportunities, solve problems and continually raise the standards of the Spa.
  • Taking responsibility for making sure health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures are followed, creating a safe, immaculate and beautifully presented environment for our guests, members and colleagues.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

  • You have strong experience within the beauty and spa industry, with a sound understanding of leading a therapy team, maintaining treatment standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
  • With a strong therapy background, you have a genuine passion for developing others; qualifications in Education and Training or Train the Trainer would be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable leading a large and busy team, you'll remain close enough to the operation to notice the small details and step in wherever you’re needed.
  • You understand that a great spa experience starts long before a guest walks through the door. You know how every interaction — from booking and arrival to treatment, departure and aftercare — contributes to how a guest feels about their time with us.
  • A natural coach who enjoys helping people grow; you know how to bring out the best in different personalities, build confidence and create a team that feels supported, motivated and proud of what they do.
  • You have a good understanding of P&L management and the commercial side of running a Spa, with the confidence to balance revenue and cost with the experience we want every guest to have.
