We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative and strategic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our F&B Leadership team.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Leading the seamless execution of service across the F&B division with a strong consistent presence on the floor, conducting daily ambiance walk-throughs to ensure each outlet upholds its unique departmental standards.
- Liaising with our department manager and supervisory teams, proactively identifying & responding to the service needs across our outlets, adeptly redistributing our people & resources.
- Providing practical operational support, where required and determined by priority and risk, ensuring detailed service & operational handovers to our F&B managers and Director of F&B to ensure service continuity & maintaining of the highest standards.
- Maintaining a strong presence in daily service briefings, actively leading operational communications across department and division-wide chat groups to ensure seamless coordination and excellence in service delivery.
- Acting as the senior point of contact during key events, liaising with event organisers, and our Event Sales teams daily to provide input & decision making on group business and events planning and delivery.
- Collaborating with all our F&B Department Management teams in the evolution & innovation of the division through product, profit, people & finance.
- Reviewing, analysing and approving the menu & pricing structure of the division in line with increases and our targets across all F&B outlets.
- As senior F&B representative, you’ll represent the division at the weekly BEO operations meeting, attend daily VIP briefing meetings and manage the cascade of information across our F&B departments.
- Working closely with our Learning and Development Partner, you’ll support the implementation and design of central and division specific L&D strategy & programmes; actively involved in the delivery of skillset specific divisional training sessions as part of F&B training programmes.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
The kind of person we’re looking for:
- You have a minimum of three years' incredible experience in fast paced, multi-outlet operations, ideally within luxury environments.
- Acting as the right hand to the F&B Leadership, you’ll oversee the division’s service excellence, guest satisfaction, and team engagement, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
- As a member of the Senior F&B Management team, you’ll be working collaboratively with your key stakeholders, to ensure an aligned proactive approach to daily problem solving, diligent planning and implementation - ensuring that your departmental teams are supported and set up for success.
- A highly experienced operator, you bring passion to your daily presence on the floor, and you’re motivated to work within a dynamic, high-paced, forward-thinking, and innovative division.
- Tenacious in continuing to raise and challenge standards of not only what we do, but how we do it, you maintain a clear focus on the ultimate attention to detail, knowing that this is what sets your operation apart.
- Your numerical proficiency is strong, and you can complete fantastic, detailed analysis across a range of activities and processes including payroll analysis and management, CAPEX investment project management and implementation, sales and P&L analysis.
- Your numerical acumen is strong, and you excel in conducting detailed, insightful analysis across various operations, including payroll management, CAPEX investment planning and execution, as well as sales and P&L performance analysis.
- As confident and compassionate communicator, you’re also an open and honest leader; you’re comfortable in balancing and adapting your style when connecting and needing to influence people and situations; importantly, you’re consistent in your approach in bringing positivity to the day to day.
- You share your knowledge and time generously and you’re passionate about the development and support of your people.
