We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced operational Hotel Manager to lead our operational team at Glencoe Inn. In this fully hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll oversee and get involved with all operations, from the Glencoe Inn Public house to our newly opened Dining Room and our Red Shed Pizza. Your responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving revenue, and maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage. With a flexible approach and strong leadership, you'll also collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements, and develop strategies for growth.
