Job Description: We’re looking for an enthusiastic Activity Supervisor & Event Driver to join our team. You'll be responsible for running airsoft and laser tag events, both at our site and at external locations, and safely transporting equipment using our company van.
Key Responsibilities
- Run exciting, safe, and engaging airsoft and laser tag sessions.
- Drive our company van to deliver equipment to outdoor event locations.
- Set up and pack down equipment efficiently.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, safety checks, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Engage positively with customers, providing clear instructions and support.
- Work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings.
Skills & Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence (clean preferred).
- Experience or keen interest in airsoft and laser tag.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with strong attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in similar roles beneficial but not essential—training provided.
