We believe a great team is at the core of it all.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who cares about ingredients, flavour and teamwork. In your role you’ll:
- Own and run a section with precision and pride, developing to be able to run quiet shifts.
- Lead by example; support junior chefs, train them, show them how we do things.
- Keep our kitchen running smoothly: accurate prep, consistent quality, smart stock and cost control.
- Make sure every dish leaving the pass reflects our high standards of flavour, presentation and guest experience.
- What it’s like working with us
Our kitchen is built to be a great place to work: natural light, efficient, well-laid-out, focused on making things properly.
You’ll join a team who are passionate, curious and wants to get better every day.

We believe in doing things from scratch, choosing good ingredients, and letting the ingredients lead the way.

- You’ll work somewhere with clear identity, creative food and passion.
- You’ll grow in a role that gives you autonomy and responsibility.
- You’ll be part of something we’re proud of: cooking from scratch, sourcing properly, serving memorable dishes.
