The Glasshouse International Centre for Music is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will work 36 hours across 7 days, including evenings and weekends, reporting to the Head Chef at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music in Gateshead.
Legible experience in kitchens, producing hot and cold dishes for events, and a focus on food safety and waste minimisation are highly valued.
