Role Description This is a full-time Whisky Distillery Operator role working across a 7 day, 2 shift system at our distillery in Glasgow.
We are a small team, our Distillery Operators don’t just get to run mashing or distillation, they fill casks, record production data, sensory evaluation, support improvement initiatives, carry out routine checks on all our equipment Makar Gin – Glasgow’s first-ever gin; Banditti Club Spiced Rum; G52 Botanical Vodka; and Malt Riot Blended Malt Scotch Whisky.
All of our products are exported and enjoyed worldwide.
