Role Description
This is a remote role for an Independent Travel Agent. The Independent Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements, handling reservations, coordinating car rentals, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the agent will be involved in sales activities to promote travel packages and secure bookings.
Responsibilities
- Research, plan and book travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, cruises, package holidays, car hire and transfers.
- Build relationships with clients to help them go on their dream holiday by finding out their travel needs
- Book travel arrangements for both UK holidays and abroad
- Promote your travel business using social media, referrals and word of mouth
