Located on the stand opposite the iconic Royal Courts of Justice, the George & Pig and Goose restaurant requires a talented CDP who is looking to take their career to the next level and move into a junior sous chef role. With great transport links and prominently placed, the restaurant has gained a reputation for serving great pub classics in the bar area and a refined restaurant menu in the upstairs restaurant. We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to join our team and help deliver both the pub and restaurant menu. Both our menus change every two months to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes.

Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation and service
  • Helping to maintain our 5* EHO rating
