What We’re Looking For

  • You must be 18 or older (due to licensing laws)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Organised, reliable, and able to make good decisions under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beer
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A flexible attitude — including weekends and holidays

Your Role

  • Welcoming and engaging with guests in the pub and restaurant
  • Taking food and drink orders, and handling cash or card payments
  • Serving hot and cold beverages (including alcohol)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant
  • Supporting the management team as needed
  • Delivering excellent service from start to finish
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Taking part in ongoing training and skill development
