Located on the stand opposite the iconic Royal Courts of Justice, the George & Pig and Goose restaurant requires a talented sous chef who is looking to take their career to the next level. With great transport links, the George & Pig and Goose restaurant has gained a reputation for serving great pub classics in the bar area and a refined restaurant menu in the upstairs restaurant. We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to join our team and help deliver both the pub and restaurant menu.
Both our menus change every two months to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes. We are part of a small group of pubs & restaurants whose goal is to have the best offer and service around.
Expect duties to include:
- Food preparation and service
- Helping to maintain our 5* EHO rating
- Being a team player
In return we can offer the successful candidate:
- Up to £37,000 (£30,000 basic plus circa £4,000 service charge & £3,000 bonus)
