Located on the stand opposite the iconic Old Bailey court house, the George requires a talented CDP to join our small but established team. With great transport links, the George and Pig and Goose restaurant has gained a reputation for serving great pub classics in the bar area and a refined restaurant menu in the upstairs restaurant.
We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to help deliver both the pub and restaurant menu. Both our menus change every two months to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes. We are part of a small group of pubs & restaurants whose goal is to have the best offer and service around.
