Bel & The Dragon in Westerham is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join The George & Dragon kitchen. The role includes a service charge component (£5,000–£7,000 per annum) in addition to hourly pay, not part of base salary. You will work with a passionate team to deliver exceptional food and service in a historic setting.
As deputy to the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen, develop seasonal dishes, ensure food safety, and train staff to maintain high standards during every service.
