Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair
  • Train and support site chefs, building skills and consistency
  • Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
  • Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
  • Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites
