The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across both the staff restaurant and hospitality offering
- Design and deliver innovative, nutritionally balanced menus suited to a high-performance environment
- Pay homage to the clients American heritage in motorsport through the food offering
- Oversee food safety, compliance, and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
- Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high performance
