As part of our rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a sharp, creative, UI and UX-focused Web Designer to join our fast-moving, high-performance team. If you live in Figma, obsess over a clean user interface, and can turn ideas into slick user experiences, we want you on board.
About This Role
As our Midweight UI & UX Web Designer, you’ll bridge design thinking with commercial performance, turning insights, analytics, and audience behaviour into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and results. Working closely with the Creative Manager, Head of Creative, and in-house developers, you’ll bring together form and function to elevate every brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UX and UI design process across multiple brands and markets.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.
- Create static adverts that link to the websites for paid social channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat and Native platforms.
- Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all sites and markets.
- Work collaboratively with the content, marketing and development teams to interpret performance insights and translate them into actionable design improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and use feedback to continually refine the experience on all devices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in an agency or lead generation environment.
- Proven results in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong experience in Figma.
- To be an excellent communicator; present and influence design decisions across teams.
- Organisation and detail-oriented skills, excelling at managing multiple fast-paced projects.
