As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a skilled, engaging Receptionist to join our in-house team in our state-of-the-art new office!
- Maintain a tidy, organised reception area, office and meeting rooms.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, snacks and refreshments.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g. welcome packs, desk setup) and coordinate building access.
- Support the Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and building management as needed.
- Assist Office Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Willingness to learn and be flexible.
