As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Senior IT Support Analyst to support, maintain and develop our internal IT systems and infrastructure. Helping provide day-to-day technical support, including ensuring system reliability and project work. You’ll play a key part in the development and improvement of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first and second-line technical support to staff (hardware, software and networking issues)
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support logs
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
- Implement and maintain User Lifecycle management processes
- Assist in IT projects, support cyber compliance and infrastructure improvements
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers when required
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
Skills And Qualifications
- 3 years’ + experience in a Tech Support role
- Good knowledge of Mac OS, Google, Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting and setup
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience of using and implementing AI tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with non-technical users
- Commercial awareness, sourcing hardware and software and knowing which solution is best practice and commercially viable
- Setting and maintaining relationships with external providers
