Leading the way as pioneers in the e-commerce and fintech industries, we’re on the lookout for the very best people to join our growing team. As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a skilled, engaging Receptionist to join our in-house team in our state-of-the-art new office!

As the first point of contact for our agency, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients, partners, and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, deliveries and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring efficient communication across the business.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised reception area, office and meeting rooms.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, snacks and refreshments.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are cleared promptly and client ready at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g. welcome packs, desk setup) and coordinate building access.
  • Support the Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and building management as needed. Report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist Office Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
  • Able to use your own initiative and be proactive.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a customer service mindset.
