TGG is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester that is becoming one of the fastest growing, most talked about companies in the North West. Leading the way as pioneers in the e-commerce and fintech industries, we’re on the lookout for the very best people to join our growing team. As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate key projects across the business. Reporting directly to our Head of Operations, you’ll be a key part in the internal communications and overall process of TGG as we’re set for a huge 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-department co-ordination to promote cohesion and synergy.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters from both executives and clients.
- Conduct project monitoring, proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to the Head of Operations, including KPIs, timelines, and blockers.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improved systems or processes to enhance delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between internal teams and leadership, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management (preferably in a fast-paced marketing agency).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday, Slack).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
