As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a skilled, engaging Receptionist to join our in-house team in our state-of-the-art new office!
As the first point of contact for our agency, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients, partners, and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, deliveries and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring efficient communication across the business.
- Maintain a tidy, organised reception area, office and meeting rooms.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, snacks and refreshments.
- Schedule and co-ordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleared promptly and client ready at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g. welcome packs, desk setup) and coordinate building access.
- Support the Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and building management as needed. Report any maintenance issues.
- Assist Office Manager with ad hoc tasks.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Able to use your own initiative and be proactive.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
