As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable IT & Infrastructure Support Analyst to support and maintain our internal IT systems and infrastructure. Helping provide day-to-day technical support, including ensuring system reliability, you’ll play a key part in the development and improvement of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing first- and second-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi
- Support cloud services and on-premise systems
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support logs
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers when required
- Assist in IT projects and infrastructure improvements
- Previous experience in an IT support or infrastructure role
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google and Mac OS
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and setup
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with non-technical users
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Previous exposure to firewall and security systems
- Commercial awareness, sourcing hardware and software and knowing which solution is best practice and commercially viable
