As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable IT & Infrastructure Support Analyst to support and maintain our internal IT systems and infrastructure. Helping provide day-to-day technical support, including ensuring system reliability, you’ll play a key part in the development and improvement of our IT environment.
- Providing first- and second-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support logs
- Assist in IT projects and infrastructure improvements
Previous experience in an IT support or infrastructure role is required, along with good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google, and Mac OS. An understanding of cybersecurity best practices is essential, as well as commercial awareness, sourcing hardware and software, and knowing which solution is best practice and commercially viable.
