We’re on the lookout for a sharp, creative Paid Social Manager to join our fast-moving, high-performance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience and a proven track record in Meta Ads, looking to take the next step in ownership and performance within a high-growth agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Launch campaigns, test creative, and optimise daily to drive results from significant budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality lead generation campaigns for insurance, legal, and SaaS clients, and scale eCommerce brands in beauty and wellness.
  • Test funnels, audiences, and creative to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyse performance data and take an analytical, results-driven approach to optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house creative, UGC/production, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns perform at their best.
  • Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing high-spend paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta.
  • Managing more than one account/project and prioritising workloads.
  • Strong optimisation skills and an analytical approach to performance.
  • Confidence working with data, testing funnels, audiences, and creative.
  • Agency or in-house experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-paced team with daily targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to structure their own time management accordingly.

Nice to have: exposure to email marketing and native advertising.
