The Genius Group (TGG): Weaponising Ad Spend
TGG isn’t your average agency. We are a relentless, world-leading digital powerhouse specialising in high-volume lead generation. From dominating the car finance (PCP) mis-selling market to driving £2.3bn in sales for e-commerce giants, we tilt the market in our clients' favour.
We have just moved into our new 14,000 sq ft headquarters at Foundation in Altrincham. As we grow from 40 to 150 team members, we are looking for a designer who enjoys working in fast-paced performance marketing.
The Mission: Data as Telemetry
At TGG, we see design as a science. We use data to guide every decision, always testing, refining, and improving in real time. We are looking for a designer who cares more about results than looks and values a 10% conversion increase over a layout that just looks good.
The Role
- High-Performance Concepts: You will design and produce hundreds of digital ads each week, creating eye-catching visuals for clients in the legal, financial, and e-commerce sectors.
- UI: Working alongside our in-house UX and UI Senior Manager, you produce high-converting landing pages and websites for our many clients. You will design our lead generation funnels, focusing on creating landing pages.
- Email Design: Using Figma and Klaviyo, produce email designs that convert.
- Figma Power-User: Figma is essential for this role. You will quickly turn wireframes into detailed, interactive prototypes.
- Conversion-Led Iteration: You will work with our data analysts. If the data shows a drop in performance, you will review and improve the user experience to address it.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 3+ years of professional digital design experience.
- Lead-Gen Experience: It is a big plus if you have worked at a high-volume lead generation agency. You know how leads work and are comfortable with the fast pace of performance marketing.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level Figma skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for digital execution.
- The Persona: You focus on performance, are eager to learn, open to feedback from data, and willing to change or remove designs that are not working.
Why Join the Group?
- World-Class Workspace: Our new headquarters at Foundation includes natural design elements, modern breakout spaces with technology, and a living wall.
- Wellness First: You will have access to a modern gym, showers, and vanity areas on site.
- Growth & Impact: Join a team that invests over £10 million of client funds each month and supports charities such as Make-A-Wish and SameYou.
- The Setup: We offer hybrid working with four days in the office and one remote day each week, based in central Altrincham.
