Leading the way as pioneers in the e-commerce and fintech industries, we’re on the lookout for the very best people to join our growing team. As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for a hands-on FP&A professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building robust financial models from scratch, analysing trends across complex datasets and turning the numbers into clear, actionable insight. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to design, build and then operate a FP&A suite of systems and processes and bring genuine business insight to support further rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting for a number of subsidiaries and the Holding Company, TGG Ltd.
- Build from scratch robust FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities for efficiency and accuracy. This will include support for the FD in evaluating and selecting a new Group wide reporting system (potentially ERP).
- Collaborating with our Finance Director and other members of the team to perform variance analysis, track KPIs, and explain financial performance drivers as part of regular monthly reporting.
- Prepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management with recommendations for actions.
- Building robust and likely complex financial models for scenario planning, investment appraisal, and strategic initiatives (organic and M&A).
- Lead the annual forecasting and budgeting process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Be a fully-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA and/or ACCA). High-calibre finalists will also be considered.
- Have previous, demonstrable experience as an FP&A analyst or newly promoted manager.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a right first-time approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting, and business drivers.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced modelling.
- Previous agency or fintech experience is very welcome.
