As we grow from 40 to 150 team members, we are looking for a designer who enjoys working in fast-paced performance marketing.
The Mission: Data as Telemetry
At TGG, we see design as a science. We use data to guide every decision, always testing, refining, and improving in real time. We are looking for a designer who cares more about results than looks and values a 10% conversion increase over a layout that just looks good.
The Role
- High-Performance Concepts: You will design and produce hundreds of digital ads each week, creating eye-catching visuals for clients in the legal, financial, and e-commerce sectors.
- UX & CRM Architecture: You will design our lead generation funnels, focusing on creating landing pages and CRM interfaces that are easy to use and convert well.
- Figma Power-User: Figma is essential for this role. You will quickly turn wireframes into detailed, interactive prototypes.

- The Persona: You focus on performance, are eager to learn, open to feedback from data, and willing to change or remove designs that are not working.
Why Join the Group?
- World-Class Workspace: Our new headquarters at Foundation includes natural design elements, modern breakout spaces with technology, and a living wall.
- Wellness First: You will have access to a modern gym, showers, and vanity areas on site.
- Growth & Impact: Join a team that invests over Β£10 million of client funds each month and supports charities such as Make-A-Wish and SameYou.
