At TGB, our US business has gone from strength to strength, with significant growth across ecommerce, wholesale and retail channels. Following the success of partnerships like Cosmoprof, which has expanded from 180 stores to over 500 locations across the US and Canada, we're looking for a commercially-minded Management Accountant to play a key role in supporting our next stage of growth.

Your Role:

  • Own the monthly management accounts for the US entity, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
  • Act as the main finance contact for our US business, building strong relationships across teams.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and budget performance reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Manage US tax compliance requirements, including coordination with external partners where required.
  • Support scenario modelling and commercial decision-making.
  • Support wider group finance projects, reporting and activities beyond the US entity as required.

About you:

You're an experienced Management Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and turning financial data into commercial insight. You're equally comfortable getting into the detail and influencing stakeholders, and you're excited by the opportunity to support a growing international business.

You will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or part-qualified with a clear commitment to completing your professional qualification.
  • US accounting experience desirable; international or multi-entity experience also highly valued.
  • Strong experience preparing management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts and financial planning.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to grow within a fast-paced business.
