As a Hair Stylist at TGB Spa, you’ll bring passion, creativity, and expertise to a dynamic team of stylists and therapists.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services while embodying the luxury and innovation associated with both the TGB brand and the latest L'Oréal trends. You’ll be a self‑motivated professional who is not only trend‑aware but also confident in your digital presence and ability to grow your personal column through content, creativity, and client care.

• Deliver a full spectrum of professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and extensions, using techniques that reflect current L'Oréal‑led trends.
• Carry out thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and offer personalised, expert advice.
• Maintain an exceptional standard of service that ensures every client feels valued, confident, and well cared for.
• Promote and educate clients on hair and scalp health, recommending tailored treatments and retail products.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving industry techniques and seasonal trends, ensuring your skills and styling reflect the latest looks.
• Actively work to entice new clientele through personal engagement, reviews and recommendations.
• Take ownership of creating engaging, high‑quality social media content—including reels and posts—that align with both your personal brand and the Spa aesthetic.
• Ensure all content remains consistent with TGBSPA brand values and visual standards.
• Support daily salon operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

About you:

• Certified Level 2 and above NVQ in hairdressing training.
• At least 1 year experience on the floor.
• Expertise in colouring, extensions, and modern hair styling techniques.
• Experience with curls and coils.
• Knowledge and experience in all hair types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about hair care and committed to ongoing professional development.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
