We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Freelance Spa Therapist who will provide first‑class treatments & exemplary customer care to our guests during their visits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to every client.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments such as Medispa and Laser. Experience in multiple services is preferable.
Overview of responsibilities:- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences.
- Provide personalised beauty services that meet the client’s needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through training and professional development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Hold relevant Health & Beauty qualification – minimum of level 3/4.
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in order to provide a first‑class and consistent service to your clients.
- Act as an ambassador for TGB SPA, displaying a great sense of style and integrity.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the Health and Beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Brighton based and surrounding areas.
- Ability to use Laser machines, such as hydrafacial.
- Ability to do Lash extensions.
