Your role:

  • Own and deliver digital activity across ecommerce, CRM and paid media, aligned to campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Bring campaigns to life across digital—making sure everything is set up to capture demand and drive results.
  • Manage onsite experience and merchandising, optimising pages, journeys and launches for performance.
  • Spot opportunities to improve conversion, navigation and product discovery across the site.
  • Drive CRM activity across email and lifecycle—improving engagement, retention and reactivation.
  • Support and optimise paid media performance, working with internal teams or agency partners.
  • Use data and insight to track performance, spot trends and continuously improve results.
  • Lead testing and optimisation across digital channels to push conversion and customer value.
  • Work closely with Brand and Creative to make sure campaigns translate seamlessly into digital.
  • Line manage a team of 4 and develop the Digital Marketing team, building a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

  • Proven ability to support and shape customer journeys across lifecycle and retention.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Brand and Creative to bring ideas to life.
  • Organised, proactive and able to deliver in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others, helping to build a high‑performing team.
  • Exposure to platforms, paid media or CRO/testing approaches is a plus.
