The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company.
As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people experience at TGB. Working closely with managers up to Director level, you’ll be the trusted expert on all things HR, coaching Managers to build confidence in managing people matters, while leading people programmes from workforce planning and organisation design to handling high‑profile employee relations cases. You’ll drive the right behaviours across the business that help our teams grow, thrive and feel their best at work.
Your role:
- Partner with Directors and Heads of Function to ensure the right people are in the right roles, with org structures that support growth.
- Be a trusted People Partner to leaders across the business, coaching managers to manage performance, behaviours and people matters confidently and fairly.
- Lead on employee relations across TGB, including disciplinaries, grievances and high‑risk cases, partnering with legal advisors when needed.
- Drive workforce planning, succession and leadership development to build strong, future‑ready teams.
- Lead people aspects of organisational change, helping teams navigate growth and evolution successfully.
- Own and deliver key People projects across recruitment, onboarding, talent, reward and engagement.
- Act as first point of contact for people queries, spotting risk early and delivering practical, commercially sound solutions.
- Own HR policies and processes, driving adoption, consistency and continuous improvement.
About you:
As well as having exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will have previous experience in a high growth, scale‑up organisation as a HR Business Partner. You will be confident driving performance conversations to clear outcomes, leading people cycles end‑to‑end, and supporting change as the business evolves. You’ll bring strong ER knowledge, commercial judgement and a proactive, can‑do mindset.
We think you will need:
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or fast‑growing environment.
- Strong track record of leading performance management processes through to resolution, including underperformance and capability cases.
- Confident supporting change management, business transformation and evolving organisational needs.
- Demonstrable experience supporting organisational change, re‑design and business transformation.
- Solid understanding of employee relations and current UK employment law, with experience managing risk and complexity.
- Experience leading cyclical people processes such as salary reviews, performance reviews and objective setting.
- Highly resilient with strong stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Experience working across multiple territories is desirable.
- Experience within beauty or cosmetics is a plus, but not essential.
