If you’re passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

As our Head of NPD, you will be responsible for continuing to grow our brands as the first to market innovators with easy to choose, and easy to use solutions for our professional nail tech customers & end consumers. This role will build and deliver our ambitious NPD and Innovation plans (launching 200+ SKUs a year) for both The GelBottle and Peacci brands. It will also focus on product portfolio management including performance analysis, product lifecycle and EPD of our core portfolio of 1000+ SKUs.

You could expect to:

  • Own the NPD calendar for TGB & Peacci, managing product launches from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, timely execution, and achievement of KPIs (profit, revenue, brand growth).
  • Drive quarterly innovation, positioning the brands as market leaders and award‑winning innovators.
