We’re looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner to join TGB with an immediate start to provide experienced HR support during a period of transformation and international growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly build credibility, confidently manage ER matters and support leaders in a fast-paced environment from day one. Immediately available or short notice candidates preferred.
You will:
- Lead employee relations cases and performance processes.
- Support managers through organisational change and team challenges.
- Build strong relationships across the business.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support.
- Coach managers on people matters and employment best practice.
- Support wider people projects and process improvements.
About you: You’ll be an experienced HR Business Partner with strong ER knowledge, commercial judgement and the confidence to step into a busy role quickly. You’ll be comfortable working independently, building stakeholder relationships fast and operating at pace within an evolving business.
