We are seeking an experienced Gearbox Specialist to join our growing team in Surrey. If you have strong hands-on expertise in rebuilding and repairing automatic or manual gearboxes, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing gearbox issues, carrying out high-quality rebuilds, and ensuring every job meets the highest standards of workmanship. You’ll work alongside a skilled technical team and use professional-grade tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strip, inspect, rebuild, and test automatic and/or manual gearboxes
  • Diagnose complex gearbox and drivetrain faults
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work meets safety and performance standards

  • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience building automatic or manual gearboxes (minimum 3 years preferred)
