The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
We can now offer the opportunity for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our expanding team, working on our Social Housing Contracts, based in Hereford.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of undertaking repairs, maintenance and new installations, of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Plastering, tiling, would be an advantage.
- Thorough technical knowledge in all aspects of carpentry works.
- The minimal level of qualifications and education to support all works reasonably expected to be completed by the post holder (Job description available on request).
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to use own Initiative
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook
Driving licence required.
Package:
- A Company van, fuel card, purchasing cards, power tools, phone and uniform will be provided.
- 42.5 hours a week.
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
- 25 days\’ holiday + 8 bank holidays.
