Are you an organised, pro‑active and people focussed HR professional looking to make a meaningful difference? The Gatwick School is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator on a permanent, term‑time only (plus 1 week) basis to join our vibrant all‑through school community. As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, professional HR service across the school. You will be the first point of HR queries, working closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, and external partners, supported by an experienced central HR team.

- you have a recognised HR/business/office management qualification (desirable)
- you are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- you are confident working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- you are warm, approachable, and able to build strong relationships at all levels
- you are comfortable balancing a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment
- you are familiar with HR processes and preferably experienced in an educational setting (not essential)
- you are skilled in using HR systems
