(Venue name) are on the search for an experienced, creative CDP with a great passion for the role to join their thriving, food led business and family in Venue location. The Gatehouse is an independent local pub, restaurant and beer garden, located in the picturesque heart of Highgate Village. Under the watchful eye of our head chef Chris Payne, our focus lies on quality seasonal British food with a strong Spanish influence, sourced from the finest producers and suppliers. Every Sunday we serve up the best roasts in Highgate. Behind the bar you’ll find an excellent range of local and continental craft beer and cask ale, an impressive global wine list and classic cocktails. Join us for lunch or dinner, grab a coffee or just roll in for a few pints - we are open seven days a week.
We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.
You Are:
- A Chef de Partie passionate about food and cooking with great produce
- An enthusiastic and dynamic CDP who is ready for a new challenge
- Experienced working with fresh ingredients
- Able to demonstrate good communication and an ability to work well in a high-performance team
