The Gardens Surgery is seeking two Salaried General Practitioners; a permanent 3-4 session Salaried role from the end of June 2026, and another to provide cover during a sabbatical period, from August 2026 to January 2027.
The successful candidates will join our supportive and welcoming team comprising three GP Partners and four Salaried GPs. The permanent salaried position involves Wednesday morning (routine), potential Wednesday afternoon (routine), Friday morning (routine) and Friday afternoon (duty session). The sabbatical position offers four sessions per week: Monday morning (routine), Monday afternoon (duty session), as well as Thursday morning and afternoon (both routine) sessions.
Our practice is a well-established, reputable PMS GP surgery, conveniently situated adjacent to Peckham Rye Park and within walking distance of East Dulwich. We serve a patient population of approximately 6,300 individuals, predominantly working-age adults and young families. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of traditional family medicine, while embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for individuals who are collaborative, enthusiastic, and dedicated to contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the practice. Engagement with QOF recalls and adaptability are expected. Experience with EMIS Web and Docman 10 is advantageous, and participation in regular on-call duties is required. Our multidisciplinary clinical team includes Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), and experienced nursing staff. As part of the revised Dulwich Neighbourhood PCN, we work closely to optimise resources, funding, and overall satisfaction for both staff and patients.
