The Garden Productions are looking for a highly organised and experienced Production Manager with live studio experience, to join our team on a LIVE television production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the logistical, operational and financial demands of fast-paced live broadcasts, working closely with editorial, technical and production teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery on air. Other skills needed:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end live production workflows, including studio and/or location-based broadcasts
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, schedules, budgets and resources under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, decisive approach in high-pressure live situations
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing editorial and technical requirements
- Enthusiastic, proactive and committed team player with a flexible approach to working hours
Start date: ASAP with availability until the end of September
