Trained horticultural team members required with varying experience, to join our successful soft landscaping teams.

Focusing primarily on planting prep, planting of our award winning gardens and maintaining gardens with aftercare.

Horticultural/ Maintenance Team

Become a part of our ever growing planting and maintenance teams. building and maintaining some of the best residential spaces with in London.

Requirements

  • Horticultural trained with varied levels of experience welcomed
  • Experience across all garden maintenance/horticulturist tools
  • Able to talk through plant knowledge and make recommendations
  • Ability to work to a detailed plan and maintain work schedules provided by the landscaping manager
  • Good communication skills across team members, external trades, clients and designers
  • Able to maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company policies and safety procedures on site
  • Ensuring material waste onsite is kept to a minimum
  • Maintain in good and safe working order all tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery on site

Desirable

  • A portfolio of work that you are able to share with us (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar please).
