We’re looking for a high‑potential intern to join The Gap Partnership’s Global Innovation Team for a 4–8 week summer internship. In this role, you will work directly with the Innovation Operations Lead, contributing to live, business‑critical projects that shape how we grow, scale capabilities, and deliver long‑term commercial impact across the firm. The Innovation Team sits at the heart of TGP’s strategic delivery, designing and embedding the propositions, capabilities, and ways of working that differentiate the firm.

As part of this team, you will play an active role in supporting initiatives that influence how we win, deliver, and scale client work globally. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across regions and functions, building a strong internal network while contributing to high‑impact outputs. This is a unique opportunity to experience consulting first‑hand, developing practical skills and delivering meaningful work with real business application.
