The HR Advisor runs the day-to-day HR operations, systems, and lifecycle administration at TGP. The role is product owner of our core HR tools (HiBob, SharePoint, LearnUpon), owns the processes, SOPs, and people analytics behind them, and is the first point of contact for employees; supporting across the talent lifecycle, and ensuring compliance across TGP’s global footprint.

Requirements
- 3+ Experience in an HR advisory or HR operations role, ideally within a multi-country or large organisation.
- Experience handling first-line HR queries and supporting employee relations matters.
- Experience in recruitment administration, including end-to-end coordination of hiring and onboarding processes.
- Proven ability to manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, and produce reports and people insights.
- Experience supporting annual people processes such as performance reviews, talent management, learning and development, and compensation cycles
- Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Working towards CIPD Level 3 or above.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel; experience with data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
