About the role
You will be responsible for coaching, supporting, and mentoring our small UK based Operations team, ensuring they deliver to the highest standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the smooth delivery of all operational processes, acting as a point of escalation and championing accuracy, consistency, and quality. This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to be comfortable playing your part in delivering tasks as part of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all operational activities are completed with precision, meeting client and internal expectations.
- Coach, mentor and guide a small team in delivering support to the business.
- Identify and resolve issues, managing workloads effectively to deliver seamless client commitments.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
- Act as the voice of operations within the local office, fostering professionalism and respect across the business.
- Uphold a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
