Position Summary

The HR Operations Advisor runs the day-to-day HR operations, systems, and lifecycle administration at TGP.

The role is product owner of our core HR tools (Hi Bob, Share Point, Learn Upon), owns the processes, SOPs, and people analytics behind them, and is the first point of contact for employees; supporting across the talent lifecycle, and ensuring compliance across TGP’s global footprint.

  • Job Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in an HR advisory or HR operations role, ideally within a multi-country or large organization.
  • Experience handling first-line HR queries and supporting employee relations matters.
  • Experience in recruitment administration, including end-to-end coordination of hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Proven ability to manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, and produce reports and people insights.
  • Experience supporting annual people processes such as performance reviews, talent management, learning and development, and compensation cycles.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Working towards CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel; experience with data visualization tools would be advantageous.

  • People & Employee Relations
  • First point of contact for employees globally on day-to-day HR, policy, and talent queries.
  • Support with first-level ER matters including informal complaints, investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, escalating as appropriate.
  • Coordinate performance improvement plans and support development pathways in partnership with line managers and HRBPs.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, including right to work checks, system entries, exit interviews, and access management.
  • Maintain sickness absence records, return-to-work processes, and wellbeing compliance reporting.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all sensitive employee data.
  • Talent, Learning & Engagement
  • Coordinate performance management cycles including objective setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Administer leadership development programmes and maintain associated records and impact tracking.
  • Support the annual talent review and succession planning process, ensuring accurate data and coordination.
  • Coordinate mandatory compliance training (e. g., data protection, safeguarding) and track completion.
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration: job adverts, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS maintenance.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documentation; conduct right to work, reference, and role-specific checks.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide status updates to the Global Recruitment Manager and hiring managers.
  • HR Operations & Systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HRIS across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure data is accurately maintained in Hi Bob.
  • Product owner of our HR tools and systems (Hi Bob, Share Point, Learn Upon).
  • Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, SOPs, and policies—keeping them current, consistent across jurisdictions, and aligned to TGP's operating standards.
  • Drive automation initiatives and adoption of emerging HR technologies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiencies across the people function.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc people data reports; ensure timely responses to internal data requests.
  • Build and maintain people analytics dashboards—surfacing trends in headcount, attrition, engagement, recruitment, and learning to inform decisions by the CPO, HRBPs, and business leaders.
  • Track costs for training, development, and wellbeing activities and provide accurate headcount and attrition data inputs.
