This is a rare opportunity to oversee the delivery of an exceptional private residential development from construction through to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the project, coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors while maintaining the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and discretion. At peak construction, the Project Manager will oversee approximately 25 to 40 operatives on site and act as the primary point of contact between contractors, consultants, and the client’s representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day‑to‑day delivery of a prestigious private residential development.
  • Overseeing subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders throughout the construction programme.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site.
  • Monitoring programme performance and ensuring works are delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of quality and workmanship are achieved throughout the build.
  • Providing regular updates and reporting to the client representative and wider project team.
  • Managing site logistics, resources, and coordination of trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering prime, luxury, or high‑end residential construction projects.
  • Strong background in Project Management within the construction sector.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Professional and discreet approach, with an understanding of working within private client environments.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant construction qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of project delivery.
