Job Summary As Unit Controller, you will play a central role in maintaining an efficient, accurate and well-controlled finance function at The Gantry London. Working closely with the General Manager, Heads of Department and Cairn Group’s central finance team, you will provide clear financial information, maintain strong controls and help operational leaders understand the performance of their departments. You will ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time, while providing practical support that enables better commercial decisions across the hotel. Your key areas of responsibility will include: Producing accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts and Master Flash updates Managing the sales ledger, aged debt and credit control process Completing regular income audits and investigating discrepancies Monitoring cash, banking, safe and float controls Supporting payroll, purchasing and Procure Wizard compliance Coordinating invoice processing, purchase orders, supplier queries and payment approvals Reviewing conference and delegate charges with the Sales and Events teams Preparing stock take information and reviewing transactional accuracy Providing financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and Heads of Department Supporting audit compliance and ensuring agreed financial processes are followed across the hotel This is a visible and operationally focused finance role. You will build strong relationships with department leaders, challenge constructively where controls or performance require attention and help improve the accuracy of forecasting, reporting and EBITDA delivery.
