About the Role: As a Reservations Coordinator at Cairn Group, you’ll be one of the first friendly contacts our guests have—helping to shape their decision to stay and setting the tone for a seamless experience. You’ll handle enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring every booking is accurate, complete, and shared with the relevant departments. Your role involves managing individual and group bookings from enquiry to confirmation, supporting our Sales, M&E, and Revenue teams to maximise revenue and occupancy. By building strong relationships with our regular guests and delivering top-tier service, you’ll help ensure we remain their first choice, every time.
