The Gantry is a design-led hotel in Stratford, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection. With a growing meeting spaces offer, evolving food and drink experiences and a clear commercial direction, the hotel is entering its next phase. We are looking for a commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead that growth. This is a key leadership role focused on building revenue, strengthening market presence and shaping the commercial direction of the hotel across corporate, groups, meeting spaces and brand partnerships.
You’ll be a visible and connected commercial leader — confident building relationships, identifying opportunity and creating strategies that deliver performance in a competitive London market.
The Role
- You’ll lead the commercial strategy for the hotel, driving performance across rooms, meeting spaces, private dining and wider revenue opportunities.
- Working closely with Revenue and Operations, you’ll ensure commercial decisions are aligned to both guest experience and profitability.
- Leading and delivering the hotel sales and marketing strategy.
- Driving revenue across corporate, groups, meeting spaces and transient segments.
- Building new business opportunities locally, nationally and internationally.
- Developing strong relationships with agencies, corporate accounts and key partners.
- Driving conversion and commercial performance across meeting spaces and private dining.
- Working closely with Revenue and Operations teams to maximise performance.
- Leading and developing the commercial team.
- Supporting the positioning and visibility of The Gantry within the London market.
- Identifying new partnerships, opportunities and revenue streams as the hotel evolves.
