About the Role:

Memorable food and beverage experiences come from many places—flavours, presentation, ambience—and above all, outstanding service. As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant operation. You’ll welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and help create a seamless, enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. You’ll oversee the daily running of the restaurant, working closely with the team to ensure service flows smoothly and that each guest leaves satisfied. In this hands-on role, you’ll also step up to support the Food & Beverage Manager when needed, ensuring the same high standards are always upheld.

  • Experienced & Hospitality-Focused: You’ve worked in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel, ideally at supervisory level or above.
